On March 21, 2021, In place of the GSPS attempt to commemorate a day of mourning by the BIPOC community for violence at the hands of the police, Black Lives Matter Sudbury invited participants to attend a virtual celebration of the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination 2021.
