On October 5 2026, over 200 community members attended the Your City, Your Voice Mayoral Town Hall in person.

Participants were able to hear directly from mayoral candidates regarding community priorities: housing and supports, climate action, food security, transportation options, support for community-led initiatives, Truth and Reconciliation, and protecting land and water.

Bob Johnston, Michael McIntosh, incumbent Paul Lefebvre, Keenan Menard and Rodney Newton were present. Three candidates were absent including Joseph Boutros, Troy Crowder and Miranda Rocca-Circelli, who said she couldn't attend due to illness.
